Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible, and to do that we have made a number of changes which you need to be aware of.
Treatments are by appointment only
All of out treatments are strictly by appointment, we will not be able to accept any walk in treatments. This allows us to schedule time between treatments to clean down and prepare for the next.
When you visit us
For your safety, please can you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. This allows us to perform a deep clean between each client and also ensures prompt service.
All equipment will be sterilized between each client and we use environmentally friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use.
We will provide access to soap and hot water and hand sanitizer for use when you enter the salon
We will completely understand and not be offended if you wish to wear a face mask or wear disposable gloves when you visit us.
Please don’t be alarmed or upset if we use personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit and during your treatment. This may include disposable gloves, face masks and aprons where appropriate.
All disposable items will be bagged and safely disposed of after each client visit.
IMPORTANT – You must wear a face mask and check in with track and trace when you visit us.
Your Treatment
We fully understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we wash our hands in accordance with NHS recommendations before the start of your treatment.
We will do everything we can to make your treatment as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns please talk to us and we will do everything possible to put you at ease.
